Refund policy

Bella Bloom Bar handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with 
the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. 
Each bouquet is unique, so too are your special requirements pertaining to your order.

For that reason, we ask that you please contact us on 0493 356 026 or admin@bellablooms.com.au  to discuss any queries or concerns you may have. A number of resolutions may be available and are subject to your particular situation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery/ pick up with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. 
Please Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the phone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

Refunds are made at the discretion of Bella Bloom Bar.


Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date. Cancellations received within 48 hours of date of delivery will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been created and are in the process of being delivered.
Same-day orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.

Valentine’s Day & Peak Periods

During high-demand periods, including but not limited to:

  • Valentine’s Day
  • Mother’s Day
  • Graduation periods

All orders are final. No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted once an order has been placed, as flowers and materials are sourced in advance specifically for these dates.

Delivery times for peak periods are but not limited to 8am- 8pm.
We will endeavour to meet your requested delivery time however cannot guarantee. 
We cannot refund if delivery was outside our delivery times and your patience is appreciated during these busy times.

Custom & Large Orders

Custom designs, bespoke arrangements, and large or bulk orders require full payment upfront. These orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

Flower Availability & Substitutions

Flower varieties are subject to seasonal and market availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar bloom of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall style and colour palette.

Quality Concerns

We take pride in our work. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email admin@bellablooms.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the arrangement. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery. Redelivery fees may apply.
