Shipping policy

Delivery times are, but not limited to 8am- 6pm daily when orders are placed by 1pm Monday - Friday and 11am on Saturdays. 
If orders are placed after daily cut off, orders will be delivered the following business day.

We will leave your items in a safe place (if safe to do so) when no one is home or the address is unattended unless you tell us otherwise. If you wish for item to be re-delivered another time when the location is attended, a re-delivery fee will apply.

To avoid a potential re-delivery fee, we ask that you provide a contact number for yourself, as well as the recipient. All all orders provided with an incorrect address both intentional or un-intentional will occur a re-delivery fee. We ask that you as the sender take responsibility for checking all delivery addresses, contact numbers, email addresses and delivery date upon placing your order.

Delivery times for peak periods are, but not limited to 8am- 8pm.
We will endeavour to meet your requested delivery time however cannot guarantee. 
We cannot refund if delivery was outside our specified delivery times and your patience is appreciated during these busy times.
